The City of Baltimore ‘s Public Art Commission, and the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts in collaboration with the Enoch Pratt Free Library is seeking applications qualified artists or teams to develop a permanent public art installation for the newly renovated Waverly Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
Renovations and construction on the library is complete and any artwork will be an addition to the exterior or interior of the building.
The budget for the project is $30,000 all inclusive.
